8. Student Work and Assignments
Creative work produced by students as part of course assignments, projects, or exercises remains the intellectual property of the student creator. Fernpath does not claim ownership of student-created video edits, graphics, or other original works submitted for educational evaluation.
However, by submitting work through our platform, students grant Fernpath permission to:
- Review and evaluate submissions for educational purposes
- Display exemplary work as educational examples with student consent
- Use anonymized submissions for platform improvement and quality assurance
9. Copyright Infringement Notification
Fernpath respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that content available on our platform infringes your copyright, please provide written notification containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
